Sales Support Employee – Help Customers Go Green! Looyen & Oostveen

Are you the enthusiastic Sales Support Employee who wants to bring a new generation of industrial heat pumps and refrigeration compressors to the market with our team? Your Role

As a Sales Support Employee, you will provide both technical and commercial support to the local, regional, and national organization to facilitate the successful sales of new piston compressors and units.

What Will You Do?

• Act as the first point of contact for technical inquiries, delivery times, pricing, and ongoing quotations and orders.
• Process and manage orders in various automated systems.
• Assist in preparing and executing product presentations and other promotional activities.
• Occasionally support the preparation of transport documents, invoices, and packing lists.
• Identify new market needs and support the sales support manager and product managers in further developing the product portfolio.
• Initiate improvements in the quotation and order process between departments.

 

Your Profile

• Work experience in a commercial, technical environment
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Communication skills in Dutch and English.
